Chikkaballapur : ವರ್ಣರಂಜಿತ ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ 9 ನೇ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನಕ್ಕೆ ಅದ್ಧೂರಿ ತೆರೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿದೆ. ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ನಗರದ ನಂದಿ ರಂಗಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ March 4ರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಡೋಜ ಎಸ್.ಷಡಕ್ಷರಿ ರವರು ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
ನಂದಿ ರಂಗಮಂದಿರದ ತೀ.ತಾ ಶರ್ಮ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ ನಡೆದ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಪ್ರೊ.ಕೋಡಿ ರಂಗಪ್ಪ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ಐದು ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು.
l ಬಾಗೇಪಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಂತಾಮಣಿ ಗಡಿಭಾಗದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ, ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರವಾಗಿರುವ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
l ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ನಗರ ಹಾಗೂ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯರಸ್ತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಾಡು–ನುಡಿ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಾಡಿನ ಅಥವಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಮಹನೀಯರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಮಕರಣಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
l ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ನಗರ ಪ್ರವೇಶದ ಚದುಲಪುರ ವೃತ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಡಧ್ವಜ ಸ್ತಂಭ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತರತ್ನ ಸರ್.ಎಂ.ವಿಶ್ವೇಶ್ವರಯ್ಯ, ಪ್ರೊ.ಎಚ್.ನರಸಿಂಹಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
l ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಕಚೇರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಎದುರಿನ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಸೇರುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಧ್ವಜ ಸ್ತಂಭ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
l ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್.ಎಂ.ವಿಶ್ವೇಶ್ವರಯ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ತಜ್ಞ ಎಚ್.ನರಸಿಂಹಯ್ಯ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳು ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯೇ? ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳು ಏನಾದರೂ ಇದ್ದರೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಕೋಡಿ ರಂಗಪ್ಪ ಕೋರಿದಾಗ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಗಣ್ಯರು, ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯಾಸಕ್ತರು, ಕಸಾಪ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಭಿಕರು ನಿರ್ಣಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಮತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ವಿವಿಧ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಘಟಕದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಸಮಾರೋಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.
9th District Kannada Sahitya Sammelna Proposes Resolutions for Language and Culture Preservation
The 9th District Kannada Sahitya Sammelna concluded with grandeur in the colorful Chikkaballapur district on March 4th. Nadoja S. Shadakshari was the esteemed president of the literature conference which was held at Nandi Rangamandira in Chikkaballapur city.
During the open session held on Sunday evening at the T. Tha Sharma main stage, Kannada Sahitya Parishad district president Prof. Kody Rangappa presented five resolutions. The resolutions covered a range of topics concerning the Kannada language and culture, as well as the education system.
The first resolution called for the immediate filling of vacant posts for Kannada language teachers in government and aided primary and high schools of Bagepalli Chintamani border.
The second resolution proposed the naming of main streets in Chikkaballapur city and taluk centers after noblemen of the country or district who are serving Nadu-Nudi, education, literature, and culture.
The third resolution urged the installation of a Nada Dhwaja pillar and a statue of Bharataratna Sir M. Vishveswaraiah, and Prof. H. Narasimhaiah at Chadulapura circle at the entrance of Chikkaballapur city.
The fourth resolution requested the erection of a Kannada flagpole in front of the district headquarters, all taluk offices of the district, and village panchayats where the public gathers.
The final resolution proposed the establishment of a study center in the district center to honor the contributions of Sir M. Visveswaraiah and educationist H. Narasimhaiah.
When Kodi Rangappa asked if there were any changes to be made, the dignitaries, literature lovers, Kasapa office bearers, and the audience on the stage agreed to the decision.
The closing ceremony saw the presence of presidents of various taluk units, further highlighting the significance of the resolutions proposed at the conference.
