Sidlaghatta : ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮತಗಟ್ಟೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ರ್ಯಾಂಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ರೈಲಿಂಗ್ಸ್, ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ, ಶೌಚಾಲಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ, ಕಿಟಕಿ ಬಾಗಿಲು, ಉತ್ತಮ ಗಾಳಿ ಬೆಳಕು, ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಬರುವವರಿಗೆ ನೆರಳಿನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನಹರಿಸುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಎಂದು ತಾ.ಪಂ. ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮುನಿರಾಜ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಸಭೆ ಹಾಗೂ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಸ್ವೀಪ್ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವೀಪ್ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು, ಬರಹಗಳು ಇದ್ದರೆ ಉತ್ತಮ. ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಮತದಾನದ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಲಿಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಬೇಡ. ಮತಗಟ್ಟೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೀಲ್ ಚೇರ್ಸ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ, ರ್ಯಾಂಪ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳು ಇದ್ದರೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಎಂದರು.

ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಚುನಾವಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಜಾವಿದ ನಸೀಮಾ ಖಾನಮ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ವಿನೂತನವಾಗಿ ಮತದಾನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವಂತಾಗಬೇಕು. ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನನಿತ್ಯ ವಾಹನದ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.

ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ವಿವಿಧ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.

Importance of Basic Facilities at Polling Stations in Sidlaghatta Taluk

Sidlaghatta : During a progress meeting of essential basic facilities and a meeting of the Taluk SVEEP Committee, Executive Officer Muniraja emphasized the importance of providing necessary basic facilities such as ramps and railings, drinking water systems, toilet systems, windows and doors, good ventilation, and shade systems for those who come to vote at all polling stations in Sidlaghatta taluk.

He also suggested that awareness pictures and writings about the SVEEP be posted in each gram panchayat area, without using them to educate children about voting. Additionally, he recommended that basic facilities such as wheelchairs and ramps be provided in polling stations.

Taluk Electoral Officer Javida Naseema Khanam proposed creating awareness about voting in various innovative ways at the Gram Panchayat level, with daily vehicles used to disseminate information throughout the Gram Panchayat area.

The meeting was attended by Panchayat Development Officers of Sidlaghatta Taluk Assembly Constituency, Officers of various Implementation Departments, and Taluk Panchayat Staff.
