ಮತದಾರರ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಕುರಿತು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ

Sidlaghatta : ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ನಗರದ 4ನೇ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ನ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ವೀಪ್ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ 2023ರ ಕುರಿತು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಜಿ ಟಿ ನಿಪ್ಪಾಲಿ ರವರು ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಕುರಿತು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರು ನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ 18 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. 18 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರು ನೋಂದಣಿ ಆಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ನಂತರ ನಗರದ ಕೋಟೆ ಸರ್ಕಲ್ ಬಳಿ ಇರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಮಾದರಿ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸದ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾಜ್ಞಾನ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ತಾ.ಪಂ. ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮುನಿರಾಜ, ಎ.ಪಿ.ಒ ಮೈತ್ರಿ , ನರೇಗಾ ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಚಂದ್ರಪ್ಪ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ವೀಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಸ್ವೀಪ್ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.

Zilla Panchayat CEO Launches Voter Awareness Program in Sidlaghatta

Sidlaghatta : Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Prakash G T Nippali launched a voter awareness program on behalf of the District Administration, Zilla Panchayat, and Zilla Sweep Committee at the community hall of the 4th ward of Sidlaghatta Town. During the event, he emphasized the importance of registering everyone above 18 years of age in the voter list and explained the registration process.

The CEO also led the voter’s oath ceremony, encouraging all attendees to take the pledge to exercise their right to vote.

After the program, he visited the Government Model Senior Primary School for Girls near Kote Circle and inspected the classrooms. He suggested that maintaining cleanliness is crucial to ensuring good education and urged for the classrooms to be kept in good condition.

Other officials present at the event included T.P. Executive Officer Muniraja, APO Maithri, Narega Assistant Director Chandrappa, and members of the District Sweep and Taluk Sweep Committees.
